Property details: address and basic attributes you provide for reports.
Agent business info: agency name, role, profile links, service areas.
Engagement data: pages viewed, links clicked, ad interactions, form submissions.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser, cookies and pixels (e.g., Meta & Google) for analytics, attribution and fraud prevention.
How we use data
To deliver the AI Property Report and related homeowner insights.
To connect homeowners with a relevant participating agent if they request it.
To respond to enquiries, support, and service updates.
To improve our products, train systems (in aggregated/de‑identified form), and measure ad performance.
With consent: to send tips, market updates, or offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Sharing your information
With your direction: we share your contact details with the agent you select or request.
Service providers: hosting, analytics, email/SMS tools, CRM, and security services (bound by confidentiality and only for our purposes).
Legal: where required by law, or to protect safety, rights, and security.
Cookies, pixels & analytics
We use cookies and pixels (e.g., Meta, Google) to understand traffic, measure ads, and improve conversions. You can adjust cookie/ad settings via your browser and relevant platform preferences.
Storage & retention
